There are 2 variants of panels installation:
Inside the window opening

Above the window opening
Such variant allows for the panel to open up to 100%, letting more sunlight and fresh air in. Ventilation capabilities at such variant are much higher than in the case with installation inside the opening. These constructions may have one or two folds. Their number depends on the height of the base. If it is larger or equal to the height of the opening, one fold is enough. If it is smaller – two folds are needed.
A minimum gap is created between the frame and the outer wall of a building. It is filled with polyurethane foam in order to prevent dust, snow, wind and rain getting inside. And to prevent the sash from warping, it is regulated by 4 roller guides.
